Home Care and Services

TLC Pet and Home Services provides coverage in the Sisters, Oregon area. In addition to the rates listed for each service, there is a round-trip mileage fee from my home in Tollgate to your home at $1.25 per mile. Additional fees may apply for non-paved/gravel roads/driveways or hazardous conditions.

Key and Paperwork Fee: $25.00 per drop-off / pick-up (plus mileage fee) if we need to schedule a key/paperwork collection / drop-off after the initial consultation or independent of any scheduled services. Avoid this fee by setting up a lock box or other key-less entry! You can also drop-off / pick-up keys and paperwork by appointment at my home location in Tollgate for no fee.

Holiday Rates: All rates increase 50% on the following holidays: Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day and weekend if applicable, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving (and the Friday/weekend after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. Holiday bookings require a 100% non-refundable deposit.

Home Security and House Sitting

Description

If you’re away and your pets are with you, we’ll stop by the house to make sure everything is A-OK, water plants, bring in the mail, rotate your blinds and lights, and anything else that makes your household seem bustling and happily inhabited as usual.

Rates

$25 for Standard Drop-in Visit

Overnight Sleepover
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
$55 per night 

24-Hour Homestay
$140 per 24-hour period


Welcome-Home Grocery Service

We’ll pick up a few groceries for you if you arrive late in the evening so you have breakfast/lunch the first day back from vacation.

$35 shopping fee plus cost
of groceries (up to 12 items)


Pet Goods Delivery

We’ll go to the pet store for you and bring the food/supplies on our next scheduled visit.

$35 fee plus cost of goods


Attendant Service

We’ll wait for the cable person, piano tuner, movers, furniture delivery person, or plumber so you don’t have to.

$40 per hour

Prorated to 15 minute increments,

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation of services via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle (associated fees are paid by Client). Invoices will be provided via email with payment instructions. All services must be paid for in advance of the service date. All refunds will be issued via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle within 24 hours of notice of cancellation of services.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking services if the start of services is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least eights days before the start of services. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of the first day of services. Please understand that I have a strict cancellation/refund policy for a reason … I provide very high-level care for your pet and/or home with professionalism and great attention to detail. In return, I ask for a high-level of commitment from my clients to protect my time by not cancelling services and requesting a refund after I’ve reserved that time for them. Because I only take limited clients at a time in my home, can provide overnight stays for only one client at a time and can provide only a limited amount of drop-in visits/walks per day, I have to turn down other clients once your reservation is made. Please don’t make a reservation with me for services if this cancellation policy is not acceptable to you.
